Request for Proposal (0.56 MB): The ECFRPC is seeking proposals from qualified firms to develop and execute a Full Scale Exercise for the Orlando Metro Area in accordance with the Urban Area Security Initiative and the Scope of Work. Preference will be given to Florida-based firms with local, regional and state experience in the emergency management, planning and training fields.
